The 2026 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid starts at $34,050 and goes up to $50,150 depending on trim level and whether you choose the plug-in-hybrid model. For many buyers, the SEL Convenience hits the sweet spot in the lineup.

Engine, Performance, and All-Wheel Drive

The 2026 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid uses a turbocharged 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine paired with an electric motor for a combined 231 horsepower and 271 lb-ft of torque. Plug-in-hybrid versions raise output to 268 horsepower while using the same torque figure. Every Tucson Hybrid and Tucson PHEV sends power through a 6-speed automatic transmission and standard all-wheel drive.
